Rise Mural

Last week (or maybe last year, honestly who even cares anymore?) I went to my sister’s house and gave the mural (that she did herself) some color correction.

She wanted it to feel vintage-y but the colors before had some undertones that did not get along. She was considering painting it back to white because it just felt like way too much was going on here.

Three sample pots of paint and it feels right. Cozy, warm and inviting. The difference is subtle but makes all the difference.

Plus, how cute is that swing?! I just can’t even.
