THE BUILT INS ARE FINISHED!!! Can you EVEN believe it!? I’m not going to go deeply into the process, mostly because it’s 3 am. I’ll be straightforward: the second I considered building this unit I hopped onto Offerup and searched for dressers I could use. My jaw DROPPED when I found these bad boys. They are modular (which means I can choose how I want to install them!!), have the cleanest, sexiest lines, and HAD JUST BEEN MARKED DOWN 50%!!!
I sanded these suckers down and revealed the gorgeous wood grain (all mahogany!). I love the natural look of the wood so I decided not oil them.
What else do you want to know? Well… I matched the dresser wood with some beautiful cedar from trusty Ol’ Home Depot. And I’m in love, I’m in love and I don’t care who knows it!
